Creating an Account
You can create a J-Times account using your email address, Apple ID, or Google account through the J-Times app or website.
Deleting Your Account
On the iOS app: Go to the Profile tab → Scroll down and tap "Delete Account" → Confirm by tapping "Delete My Account" in the confirmation dialog.
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including your profile, browsing history, bookmarks, and MTC balance. This action cannot be undone. All data associated with your account will be erased within 30 days of deletion.

J-Times offers articles, podcasts, and video content about Japanese culture. You can save content to your bookmarks or download it for offline enjoyment.
What is MTC (Matsuri Token)?
MTC are reward tokens earned by engaging with content and activities. You earn MTC by reading articles, listening to podcasts, and watching videos.
Technical Support
If the App Is Not Working Properly
- Update the app to the latest version
- Restart your device
- Check your internet connection
- Try deleting and reinstalling the app (your login information will be preserved)
If Audio or Video Won't Play
- Make sure your device is not in silent mode
- Try playing on a Wi-Fi connection
- Check that no other apps are using audio
